It’s that time again! If you’re new here, the Backlist Notebook is my way of keeping track of children’s books that may no longer be front-and-center, but are absolutely worth your time. These are the quiet backlist gems, the ones you might miss unless someone points them out. Think of this as your friendly guide to great children’s books, especially the ones your library might already have waiting for you. Each month, I check out a stack of books from our local library and share the gems with you.
